Must-Have Cookbooks

If you were to come into my home and take a moment or two to study my bookcases, you’ll quickly notice two things: I love a good thriller and I have a vast collection of cookbooks (which is still expanding by the day.) I have another thirty or so cookbooks stored in my Ipad, the books I only purchased for a handful of recipes. (I’m sad to say that most blogger cookbooks end up on my Ipad, only used a handful of times before I move onto the next best release.)

Frequently, people will ask me what my favorite cookbook is. The one cookbook I think everyone should own. In short, I don’t think there’s just one cookbook for everyone. There are different books for different types of cooks.

Here are 10 of my most-used or favorite cookbooks that everyone should consider adding to their collection.
